Design

Our client is a leading e-commerce business in their industry, working with several brands, they are looking to bring some standardization to a single Design system that can allow efficiency in the long run. 

• Senior/Lead level product designer 

• Strong UI focus/flare to really understand the brand's creative image and bring this into standardisation 

• Ability to work completely independently and handle stakeholders of all levels 

• Experience with building design systems, ideally in an environment where you have unified more than one brand with 

• Figma should be your go-to tool for design

The role:

• Using their initial guidelines for a single brand, analyse the remaining (six) brands to identify similarities and differences. 

• Identify a road map and consult on clear timeframes to deliver the expected changes 

• Build a design system that can steer the brand forward, ensuring maximum standardization while allowing for bespoke elements that are necessary for each brand

• Work together with frontend developers for a smooth handover into development 

The terms: 

This will be a 3 month+ contract, working remotely with ad-hoc workshops when required in Berlin
