“Build a brand-new team within an established org”

Many companies claim they are the market leaders but few can truly back it up… this SaaS team within HRTech are not only the #1 in Germany but also 5 other EU countries with plans to expand on the horizon. Now we are centralising several components of the business and building a new hub in Berlin.

Under the direction of an experienced VP we are building two brand-new teams and require two Tech Leads from a C#/.NET background to help lead from both a technical and people perspective.

The role:

As we are building the teams the leads need to have the blend of technical skills and people leadership. 50/50 is the sweet spot. Comfortable picking up feature tasks for the time being and moving into pure architecture as we grow the team.

Once in place you will be working directly with the Product Owner to understand the technical roadmap within your domain, then working with Peritus to find the developers required to accomplish the 400+ features across the business roadmap.

When fully staffed your team will be yourself, 3 developers and a tester with plans of future expansion.

As this is a leading role we need someone who has done this before, the project we have running is critical to the companies future, therefore we need experienced leaders to help navigate unforeseen challenges.

Your experience:

• At least 2 years leading similar sized teams (4-7 developer).

• Experience developing .NET Core / C# backend architecture.

• Awareness of OOP and DDD.

• Strong experience with software design and development in all phases of the software development process.

• Confident in people leadership not just technical leadership.

• Exposure to Azure is a big plus.
